  Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

  Standard Delivery: 4–5 hours.

  Delivery timelines may vary during festivals or due to unforeseen logistics delays.

  We currently ship across Delhi NCR.

• 🛕 Digital & Service Bookings

  For pandit bookings, online pooja services, or tour bookings, confirmation will be sent via email/WhatsApp immediately after payment.

  Service-based bookings will not have physical shipping but are considered “delivered” upon successful coordination with our team.

• 💰 Shipping Charges

  Free shipping on orders above ₹299.

  Orders below ₹299 may attract a flat shipping charge (e.g., ₹50).

  The final shipping cost (if any) will be visible at checkout.

• ❌ Delays & Exceptions

  We are not responsible for delays due to natural calamities, courier partner issues, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  Please ensure your address and contact information is accurate at checkout.

• 📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

  If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures.

  If your package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with our delivery partner to resolve the issue or offer a suitable solution.
