🔁 Returns
Products once sold can only be returned in case of damage, defect, or wrong item delivered.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the product.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

💳 Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received back in proper condition, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
For services like Pandit booking, Pooja packages, or Online Pooja, refunds are not applicable once the booking is confirmed. However, rescheduling can be arranged in special cases.

🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Opened or used pooja products (like incense, kumkum, sindoor, etc.) cannot be returned due to hygiene and sanctity reasons.
Customized products (like deity dresses, special orders) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Digital content/services (like scriptures, aartis, mantras) once delivered are non-refundable.

❌ Cancellations
Order cancellations are only accepted if requested before dispatch.
For service bookings, cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled pooja. After that, only rescheduling is possible.
